Logic Models
How we do it: We encourage organizations to bring everyone to the table for a fun (yes, fun!) workshop that explores how every part of the organization, every role, and every resource connects to your larger goals. We believe this creates a more accurate and comprehensive view of the organization.
The value it brings: A logic model connects the dots for everyone on a team, highlighting how everyone's day-to-day work is connected to the organization.
Theories of Change
How we do it: We guide your team through a conversation about how your organization is achieving its outcomes. By pairing your team’s expertise with research in the field, we create a Theory of Change that clearly articulates how you do what you do.
The value it brings: By the end of this process, everyone on your team will be able to clearly explain how you do the work, and how that work ultimately leads to your outcomes.
Focus Area Identification
How we do it: We facilitate a conversation about the parameters of your work. When available, we revisit your logic model and work with you to group all your programs into clear buckets, finding a home for every program. Together we discuss what work fits within your focus areas and what falls outside.

The value it brings: You’ll gain clarity around how your programs are organized and where they belong. This makes it easier to confidently say yes or no to new opportunities. It also allows you to grow, pause, or adjust programs while maintaining a clear structure. Your focus areas stay consistent, even as your programming evolves.
